Christmas time means tie-dye time – and what better accessory than tie-dyed Christmas socks?
These have made a great addition to my Christmas scrub top and holly headband, but I think that will do for the over-the-top Christmas outfit. I suppose a nurse needs to keep a tiny bit of professionalism, right!?

My personal favourites are the mismatched socks – I love a legitimate excuse to wear odd socks.
The striped socks (both types) have also received their fair share of compliments.

I used Procion dyes from Dharma Trading Co in Chinese Red and Emerald Green, but if you want something a little simpler Tulip tie-dye kits are a great option.
