One of my ‘things’ is wearing cool leggings to parkrun.

Muscle print, rainbow mermaid….and of course, tie-dyed leggings!

The brighter the better, really, and these rainbow tie-dye leggings definitely fit the criteria.

I tie-dyed these in rainbow stripes with a spray of black over the top, and I definitely won’t get lost in the bush when I wear these out.

I like the effect of the black over top – it softens the edges of the stripes and makes them look a bit less preschooler-ish.

I used Procion dyes for these rainbow tie-dye leggings, but if you want something a little simpler Tulip tie-dye kits are a great option.
